
When you book for our carvery you have a choice of Free Range Sussex Pork, New Forest Free Range Beef*, Butterfly Turkey Crown and Free Range Sussex Gammon. You can choose from any of the meats and as many choices as you like. Our meats are sourced from our local butcher.
Our choice of vegetables today come from our local farmers in Chidham. You can help yourself to a selection of locally sourced seasonal vegetables, Roast Potatoes (variety Casablanca), Carrots, Cauliflower and Leek Cheese with real Cheddar, Yorkshire Puddings and our Homemade Sage & Onion Stuffing.
To compliment your carvery, help yourself to a generous portion of our Homemade Signature Gravy, it really is the best you will taste.
Carvery service is limited to one visit per plate.

Gluten Free Vegan Gravy is available but must be requested on arrival.
Vegetarian Wellington option available, can only be ordered in advance of your booking.
